He means back when he was a teen. Thats why he put “back in the day”.

“Back in the day…(I was a teen)”. I thought that was inferred.

And @23 I’m not an adult/senior when it comes to competitions. I’m a junior.

And it’s “you’re”, not “your”.

Three mistakes in seven words, impressive. Even for an 09’er.

With your point being what?

There is great difference in there kgs you’re gonna be lifting in a high WPO multiply squat and a deeper IPF singleply with walkout…

Which is why 1000lb squat in WPO is “nothing”, but VERY impressive in IPF.

Of course greater/lesser ROM and gear will change the poundage you lift, this seems to be for people wanting to compare, they cannot compare to something they do not know what is.

Only turned 15 about a month ago and i’ve only been seriously training for about 4 1/2 to 5 months with the time i had to take off for a groin pull and I don’t really plan on competing until my numbers get higher but so far this is where i’m at

Age: 15
Height: 5’7" or so
weight: 137, i know im working on gaining
Squat: 225-250 Estimated, going to test new maxes soon
Deadlift: 235
Bench: 185

Yall are miles ahead of where I was as a teen. I was a weak scrawny teenager. Great work guys.
