I did Starting Strength for a year and since then I’ve been doing 531 (And it’s the best thing). All lifts are legal competition wise, or at least my competitive friend has told me. I intend to go into powerflifting at around 180 lbs.

Pretty much not a teen anymore but at 6’3" and 242lbs im working with 475/345/565

18, 5’10", compete at 181 actually weigh around 185-190

Wow, uh, I’ve made some progress. I don’t post on this forum ever really but I figured it’d be neat to look back and post my progress.

16 years old (Almost 17)
171 pounds

Squat: 420
Deadlift (Sumo): 525 (Chalk, plus form changes = huge progress)
Bench: 315
OHP: 195

505\275/365 raw modern @ 175 bwt at 16. I feel like I can deadlift more but just need to work form. Deadlift is sumo and I am 5’7"
