418 DL, 253 Bench and 308 SQ at 6 feet 220 lbs., 17 years old. I know my numbers suck and I’m working on improving them for my first meet this spring, in which I’m hoping to pull 440 and squat 330. It’s nice to see what other teen aspiring powerlifters are doing.

18
6 feet 200pound
bench:365
deadlift:405
squat:515
all in gym raw

I’m sure some of y’all are bullshitting your numbers, though there are some strong kids on here. Keep it up!! My numbers at 18-19 weren’t much different then compared to now. b205 squat 315 deadlift 405 shoulders have always felt weird for bench but keep up the work and keep grinding.
Deadlift hasn’t moved yet squat went up 20 pounds probably could do 350 if I try or at least 345, I hate bench fack and I train it the most lol.

BW: 180
Age: 19
Squat: 390
Bench: 230
Deadlift: 441

All gym maxes. Meet in two weeks, so those will all be going up shortly.

Comp at the age of 17
raw without knee wraps, IPF Depth

462 squat
248 bench
507 deadlift

BW 275

At the moment I am doing smolov for squat and benching narrow all the time due to shoulder issues.
Last squat maxout (during smolov) was also a 462 squat but High Bar, which makes a huge difference to me.
I am 18 now and about 25lbs. lighter. I want to squat 551lbs. before 19th birthday which is in March.
If I finish smolov and squat 3x4x440 in the 4th week I will be able to squat 530, judging from my correleation in the past. Will see if I can make it. The switch to Low Bar should get me the 551lbs. then.

Bench still sucks, last workout was 6x3x220 with a narrow grip. If I could bench with my old grip I would be a lot stronger though.

I don’t train deadlift at the time, so I don’t know it. With a little prep I should be able to get my old squat to deadlift ratio. Didn’t really train deadlift last year either.

Currently 20, but at 19 when I got back into lifting seriously after having to stop for travel/college hockey for a few years:
BW 150
Squat-250
Bench-195
DL-330x3(calculator says 1rm=350?)

I just turned 17 last month. 6’2’, 220. I’ve recently just started training for actual competition. Up until these past couple months, it’s just been training for lacrosse and football. I’m at a strong 375 squat, a 280 bench press and a oh so might 405 deadlift!

Been lifting for just over 2 years. Always been into strength. I have some pretty short arms so my dead lift isn’t that great. Not really happy with any numbers. Goals for “long term” is I’d like to total elite by the time in 23 or 24.

16 5 10 240
800lbs squat with knee wraps
