15 year old, got a 375 squat, 260 bench, 385 deadlift. Never competed before, but I want to compete before I’m 16. Got 2 months left. I’m at 173 right now.

18 years old, at 200 pounds, 395/265/450 RAW. all are gym lifts.

There are some amazing teen lifters out there. Last year at the THSPA state meet there was a kid in the 123 lb wt class that deadlifted 600 lbs. This year a 114 lb kid had a 500 lb squat and 275 lb bench.

Awesome lifts, how old are you and whats your weight

When I was 18, I trained as a powerlifter for about 3 months leading up to a local meet (push/pull… SLP) and ended up walking in weighing 195 @ 5’10" and did a 300 bench (final attempt went up easy, may have had 305-310 in me) and a 440 deadlift (think I could have done 450).

Thanks. I am 19. I have a little over 8 months to actually try and do something semi-significant/decent as a teen
