At 132 I did a 340 meet squat and 350 gym, 230 bench press and 375 deadlift. Never hit 400 at 132. I was 19.

Just recently turned 20. But my lifts at 19 were 255/335/435 bench/squat/deadlift. 5’11", 177-185 lbs then.

I dont compete in PL, and most of my lifting is done to help me with soccer(basicly just trying to give an excuse for my shitty numbers)

Ass to calves Squat-215lbs for 5 reps estimated 247lbs(never done a single)

Nothing to be proud of. I do squats ALOT since, IMO they help with soccer more than any other lift. But my numbers for it still suck. This winter, I will be focusing on my deadlift, squat, weighted dip, and weighted chinup alot. Hopefully my numbers on those will go up since i’ll be focusing my time to weight training and not much conditioning. I would focus more on bench, but i workout at home and dont have a spotter.(sorry for the life story)

Squat: Honestly haven’t a clue. Front squatted 85kg for 5 reps this week, kinda hard.
Bench: In the 75-80kg range.
Deadlift: 160kg

18 y/o - Had to back out of the meets I had planned. One due to gear issues. One due to a broken ankle, so no competion lifts for this age.
Ten weeks post ankle break- 755 squat (been doing volume crap since the max)
Right before my 19th birthday 475 bench
10 weeks post ankle break 565 deadlift (same as squat)

19-y/o- Will know very soon. Just turned 19 a few days ago. :slight_smile:

At both 18 and 19 y/o I have been about 240-250lbs, depending on how much I am bloated for a workout lol…
