I’m currently 19 height 5’9-5’10 weight currently 196 but still adding more weight. Im planning on participating in a teen competition this summer but still undecided would love to get some feedback. Not sure if I should do physique or bodybuilding.
Looks like you’ve got legs decent enough to throw in to bodybuilding. Obviously open classes would require a bit more size, but for now, I think you’d do fairly well with the right conditioning.
I really appreciate that and yeah ive been trying to add more size to my legs and back since they’re my two biggest weak points. Any other feedback would be cool
