Anyone try this program? I’m about to start my last two-week MAG-10 program of the year before I go overseas, and I’m thinking about trying TC’s old Two Plus Two Equals Seven program from a couple of years back to put on mass fast. If you’ve tried it, I’d love to hear what kind of results you’ve had, and if you think any other T-Mag programs are preferable for mass gains while on MAG-10. I can’t do Growth Surge because of time contraints, and I can’t squat or deadlift (I know, vital exercises) because I’m still recovering from a broken ankle. Gonna do Romanian Deadlifts instead and probably machine work for my quads. Thanks for any help.
