TC - Rehab Question

TC,

Ever think about having the "Think Tank" writers putting together a program for rehab (or prehab type of program) or for someone that is injured? I would love to have given myself a chance to be selected for the program that will be made for a forum member, but...I currently can't perform heavy pressing movements due to a sore shoulder. So my 85% numbers for bench press and shoulder press would not mean anything right now.

Have you read Bonnie Pruden's "Pain Erasure"?

A must read for weight lifters with injuries.

That book made it so I didnt have to give up training
