I love the idea of Total Body Training three times a week. I got a questin though:

I have been doing 5x5 until recently, so should I start TBT as directed, with another 4 weeks of lower reps, or should I start it backwards, beginnign with high reps?

I did the first day on monday, adn am planning to workout tonight, but I am pretty sore. Any thoughts?

I think you should follow what CW says to do. It makes no sense to deviate from what he prescibes
