Hi all,

just wondering for those of you who has tried the Total Body Training by CW, during weeks 2,4,6, how do the rest periods work with the antagonist training? say the week 2 day 1, 60 seconds break, would u do one set chest, rest 60 one set back, rest 60…etc

or one chest then back right away then rest 60 seconds?


“Rest between sets for the same muscle group: 60-120 seconds, and 120-240 seconds (antagonist training)”

On antagonist weeks you do both sets then take the 120-240sec rest.
