Ive recently started doing layers for the first time and I love them. The fat loss layers are exactly what I need. My question is, I can only workout on s 2 day on/ 1 off schedule and I’ve been doing it like this:
Slight decline tilt
And it pretty much just keeps goes like that. The presses rotate every 3 day mini cycle, and two high pull layers for every TBDL because I read that high pulls are the bread and butter of the program and should be done twice a week. So is this better than just rotating between them every mini cycle?
