Tasty P+C Meal

Do you like food that: A) tastes good? B) is quick and easy? C) will help you achieve your bodybuilding goals? If you answered yes to any of the preceding questions, then read on. The following recipe is for the tastiest bowl of oatmeal that I’ve ever had, that I just came up with. Nothing too fancy, but I’ve never seen this suggested before, so I thought I’d share it with the forum. You can change the quantity of any ingredient (obviously), this is just what I used:

Cook 1 cup of oatmeal, 5 egg whites, and 1/2 cup of water until the mixture starts to clump together. Then add 1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce, and splenda and cinnamon to taste. After this is cooked to your satisfaction, remove it from heat and stir in 1 serving of vanilla low carb GROW. Enjoy.

Anyone else have a quick and easy recipe along these lines? I'm always looking for new ideas.

Steve Berardi’s “Bodybuilder’s Chile” is still a fave of mine for bulking. Yum! I make a big pot of that for every week I’m on MAG-10. One pot lasts all week for me, but I double or triple the recipe and eat it twice a day when on a mass program. Look up the recipe at T-mag if you haven’t tried it yet.

May be bland to some… but I just drop a scoop of vanilla Low carb Grow into my oatmeal. Everyone in the office comes in asking if someone is baking cookies.

Actually, while making up a LC Grow! shake before bed last night, I licked some of the powder off the spoon and was reminded of a favorite desert of mine. I was thinking that for a cheating type meal, I am going to try mixing Grow! pudding with key lime juice, putting it in a graham cracker shell, and making Key Lime Pie. Hopefully it will be one tasty cheat meal without all the cheat!
