Do you like food that: A) tastes good? B) is quick and easy? C) will help you achieve your bodybuilding goals? If you answered yes to any of the preceding questions, then read on. The following recipe is for the tastiest bowl of oatmeal that I’ve ever had, that I just came up with. Nothing too fancy, but I’ve never seen this suggested before, so I thought I’d share it with the forum. You can change the quantity of any ingredient (obviously), this is just what I used:
Cook 1 cup of oatmeal, 5 egg whites, and 1/2 cup of water until the mixture starts to clump together. Then add 1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce, and splenda and cinnamon to taste. After this is cooked to your satisfaction, remove it from heat and stir in 1 serving of vanilla low carb GROW. Enjoy.
Anyone else have a quick and easy recipe along these lines? I'm always looking for new ideas.
