I personally just switched from the big ass bags of breasts and become a thigh man. The taste and bang for your buck is so much better. The fat content is about 3X’s higher in the thighs and since I’m trying to put some lean mass on right now I don’t mind the extra calories. It seems like the thighs have less of that sodium water injected than the bagged breasts too.
I simply bake up two pans at a time and 'fridge em in tupperware for roughly 5 days. No seasoning or sauces…love that dark meat. No homo.
