Targetting Areas of The Chest.

Hey, I’ve been working out for quite some time now, and I’ve always noticed that the inner part of my pecs don’t develop at the same rate as the outer part. Are there any exercises I can do to focus mainly on the inner part of my pecs, or do I just need to do something differently? Thanks.

Have you tried cable cross-overs? Squeeze the bottom of your titties at the end of the press.
