Targeting traps

What form of deadlift best targets the traps? Sumo, regular(romanian?), etc…

Try explosive, wide-overhand grip deadlifts. ie.once the bar is just under or at your knees, accelerate the bar up as fast as you can, virtually trying to jump off the ground, and shrugging at the top. Guaranteed killer!! Just make sure your form and coordination is correct before loading the bar up heavy.

Give partial-rep deadlifts a try.Set the bar at knee-level in a power rack.Focus on pulling the weight with your back rather than your legs.
