I have been following a standard keto diet for about a month & want to switch to TKD to add intensity in the gym as I have the same strength but the workouts are a drag.
I currently have 36g carbs in a day, 1g protein per lean body mass, and the rest fat.
1)Some post say to have 25-50g pre-workout. Does this mean on top of my already 36 carbs today?
2)Would Karbolyn be good for this or should I stick to something like gatorade that is simple sugars.
3)Do you think Cyclical Keto Diet is better?
I am trying to cut for summer. Currently 12-13% bf.
