I was wondering what BPM do you guys go for when running for fatloss and for about 30-60minutes?
Why does it matter? BPM is relative and will change as your fitness levels do.
Why are you running 30-60 min for fat loss?
there’s a theory that (220 - your age = max heart rate. then 65% of that number is your target for fat loss. but its a slightly different formula for higher trained people.

HIIT
For FAT LOSS if you’re running for 30-60 minutes I’d keep it at 65-75% of your MHR.
If you’re concerned about being super-fit and that the 65-75 recommendation may not be a right fit for you, just try maintain an intensity level where you’d be able to keep up a conversation but barely.
