So winter (Canadian winter) is coming and all this talk about Vitamin D deficiency has got me thinking…get a nice orange tan while getting my body to produce the vitamin D. Of course there are cancer possbilities as well. But assuming responsible and moderate tanning and getting it gradually over the winter months, i should achieve the results without burning.
I’m not planning on competing, but what the heck I want to look good in the summer so why not start the process now? Any tips/ advice…Thoughts? Who does it?
