My end date is august 21th, which is arbitrary, but happens to be the date of my departure for the motherland.
I have some prior experience with lifting, and some with nutrition, but the point of this thread is to find our exactly for myself - what’s capable in a shorter period with lots of discipline.
I will update this thread with “before”, “progression” and “after” pictures.
Not sure what else to include… but i’ll do some uploading of images later this evening.
I was planning on spending the 1-st week performing a full-body routine to wake up some fibers and the ol CNS.
Thereafter switch to a PPL routine.
Today will be the first day of training.
