Taking the Week Off

I have been lifting heavy for about 6 months straight without taking more than 2 days in a row off, ever. Lately I have been really dreading going to the gym, I have been going 6 days a week, and been feeling a bit beat up physically, but really worn out mentally. I absolutely love training, but I think its time I take the rest of the week off, after that I plan on starting my first cycle of 531, what do you guys think?

Take the week off.

take the week off...if you still feel like that than take another week off...than start fresh with 531 it is a great program

if you knock it down from the 6 day to a 4 or 3 day split you might feel a little bit better mentally and physically and not so worn out
