Taking the Plunge

decided to start a log for easier access to my progress.

Age: 24
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 204 lbs
BF%: 14-16%
been "exercising" on and off for the past year and a half( i weighed 265 lbs last january). started lifting seriously about 5 weeks ago. motivation is at 110% right now to better myself and my body.

goals for the next 7 weeks, i'm trying to get below 10% BF. then trying the whole clean bulk thing.

supplements at the moment:
Metabolic Drive, Surge post-workout, ON vassive NO, Flameout and HOT-ROX Extreme.

my lifts a pretty pathetic, haven't really tried to 1 RPM anything yet. dealing with a sprain wrist from saturdays workout at the moment.

meal 1 3 whole eggs, glass of milk, 2 Flameout caps and multi-vitamin.

workout;

25 min cardio on treadmill, 3.5 mph.

seated calf raises, 15 x 135(x2) 10 x 180(x3)
leg press 10 x 180 (x2)
squat 10 x 130, 8 x 180 (x3)
single leg hamstring curls 8 x 45 (x3)
standing calf raises 10 x 270 (x3)
leg press 8 x 270 (x2)

15 min walk home

post-workout 2 scoops of Surge Recovery.

meal 3 steak with black beans and onions.

meal 4 50g protein shake.

21 min cardio ( 6.0 mph)

meal 5 salmon with spinach.

2 scoops of ON casein before bed
