Low carb is the only eating style I seem to be able to stick too long term & I feel better & actually seem to keep gaining strength just fine too. I wanna start getting the the 50-100g/day in around workout time, mainly from plazma. Would only 1/2 serving of Indigo suffice when going that low or should a full dose still be taken?
Doubt you’d even need the half dose.

In general, I wouldn’t go below 4 caps in a serving, as per the label.
