Taking Creatine Only on Workout Days?

Has anyone seen results when only taking Biotest creatine on workout days only (3Days/week)?
Or…
Is everyone taking their creatine everyday or 5 days a week to see results?

I use it every day.

I take it 5-6 days a week, I would like to know how many people take it pre lift instead of post.

I take it pre-lift with my Surge. I lift 4 days a week and only take it on days I lift. I can’t say that I really notice a huge difference due to the timing (pre vs. post) and I don’t see any negative effects from NOT taking it on my off days. I do however see a change if I haven’t taken it in 5-7 days.

I took it post-workout when I was lifting 3 days a week (as well as swimming 3 days a week) and saw some great gains from it last fall.
I also took it post-workout 5 days a week on a body part split last winter and it worked well.

I put a serving in my pre workout shake about 60 minutes before I lift. Then I put a serving in the remaining portion of my Surge, what’s left after sipping during my workout, and slam it. On days I don’t lift I put a serving in my morning shake.
