Is it a good idea to take a break from training every once in awhile ?If so how long?A day, a week ? Or a week of less intensity ? I'm on the sixth week of a new routine,and don't feel like I should take a break,but I do feel a bit lazy today.Thanks

Thanks for the reply.I'm currently dooing an MMA focused routine I got from another site.It's a split 4 day routine.I like it as I've made some gains and only takes 30-40 minutes per workout.After another 6 weeks I'll switch to another program.I think I'll take the week off.
