Here’s a cook site I found for people who like to eat out but, are trying to eat healthy. Without the nutrition facts labels displayed on products on grocery store shelves, it’s difficult to know what you’re getting nutritionally at restaurants and what the healthier choices are.
The site is still growing so maybe they will add some restaurants in your area to it. The site takes the guesswork out of restaurant dining by enabling consumers to “search” for restaurants that offer a selection of healthier choices. You can also view the corresponding nutrition information (calories, saturated fat, sodium, carbohydrates, fiber, fruit/vegetable servings, and more) for those healthier menu items.
It sure helps to take the guess work out of eating out.
