Has anyone noticed their tailbone hurting after lifting? I think I may have hit mine a few too many times doing ab exercises or sitting down hard on the incline bench. Has anyone else experienced this?
The muscles around my tail bone hurt (well I suppose I should say ache) after I do deadlifts but that’s about it
I had this after losing a lot of weight and well my tail bone had been broken prior so it rubbed odd ways in ab moves etc. Howd I fix it , DL, Squat, etc Built a bigger ass, Bigger glutes now the tail bone dont rub
