Very cool, thanks for finding it, McHighlander! I found two different tartans associated with the last name, depending on which specific group it is. One of the is that killer yellow stripe, while another replaces the yellow with red, turning it into a more subdued affair. Maybe this is why I like plaid so much :smiley:

Just kept the HR in the 130-150 zone.

Had to patch my gym session. Missus is really ill with a bad cold so had to take her to the doctors

Went for a slow 30 minute run instead. Was heavy on the old legs
