i originally put in this in strength sports, but didn’t get much feedback there. besides, this is better suited here.
anyway, can the tabata method of exercising be used to the same means as don alessi’s meltdown training? also, if it can be, which exercise can best be used with tabata to lower the body fat concentratiion in my stomach? i’m thinking a cross of hindu squats and sprints would work, but some confirmation would help.
