hey coach thib been reading your dr jekyll and mr hyde transformation e book and men just when i thought i know all about bodybuilding , it was an awsome read so thank you so much .
i want to know your take if i am not on anabolic steroids but come from a diabetec family and i need to switch phases very very often between bulk and cut to stay within 15 percent bodyfat so which limits my muscle gains in a big way so i am considering a little stack of synthroid + metformin during my bulk to limit fat gains and why not increase the rate of protein synthesis since synthroid reported to do that .
would that be of a help .thanks
