T4 Instead of T3

Hi guys!
In the past I’ve used T3 and had some great results for fat loss. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to T3 anymore. I would like to start using T4.

I know it’s not the best solution, and that the two aren’t perfect substitute (as in "X mcg of T3 equals to Y mcg of T4), but I’d like to know if anyone has any experiences/recommendations as to T4 dosage and length of use.

Thanks!

I dont mean to hijack your thread but how effective was T3 for you? And how long did it take for you to see results?

T4 is converted into T3 within the body before it is used. T4 is most detrimental on the body. I do not use it at all. T3 all the way bro!

Peace,

It was great! I took 50mcg the first day and then used 12.5mcg daily for the next 4 months, and saw great results! Of course this was coupled with 45-60 minutes of early morning cardio 5-6 times a week.
