T2 Timing

Hello. I was wondering whether it would be better to take T2 with a meal or between meals. I know that digestion increases thyroid production, so I would think that it would be better to take T2 between meals to keep thyroid high more throughout the day. But I don’t have any specific scientific logic behind that idea. Also, what do think about the idea of consuming T2 before or after a workout? Any input would be appreciated.
