T2 Pro Usage Recommendations

I just recently got 2 bottles of T2 Pro. For those of you that have been using this product, do you have any tips or recommendations on dosage and time of day to take it!

Do you take it in the morning? Before or After working out?

What is the worst time of the day to take it?

I want to ensure that i’m going to get the most out of it!
