I was just having a discussion with a friend telling him I’m staking T2 and MD6 while on the Massive Eating plan (this is only my second day so I have no results to report yet). Anyway, he was under the impression that T2 is for low-cal diets to help supplement the thyroid which can sometimes slow down on low-cal diets … I didn’t pick up on that notion. I looked around but didn’t find any evidence to support that. Now, we all know it’s hard to gain and lose at the same time … but I thought T2 would help that issue. Any thoughts?
