T-Nation Front Page

The only thing worth looking at on the V-Diet Pages:

Keep in mind, not that i care, but part of the purpose of the V-Diet is to sell about half a dozen Biotest products that are necessary for the diet. Its going to be recieving the majority of the front page.

I can’t remember the last time T-Nation didn’t post articles. When I didn’t see it on the front, I assumed they were still there and looked on the side.

People have forgotten how to think.
Not to be obnoxious or anything, but in the last couple of months, I recall no new Friday article because TC was sick or something. So it isn’t unheard of.

Well, the V-Diet sells lots of supplements… especially Metabolic Drive.

The price of milk has been tanking, so their profits per unit sold must be increasing nicely.

Sounds like pushing the product that sells it is good business to me.

the only thing that bothers me about the “abz” on the main page is that whenever i check T-Nation, whether im in an internet cafe, or college, i get paranoid that people think im checking out pictures of men.

i usually click as fast as possible to the get a life forum, because the “unapologetic muscle building elitists” heading is not something i want sneery college buds reading.

its more my problem than T-Nation, and i dont see why TC/any one else should care. i have no real problem with hawt abzzzzz on the page, only fear of getting caught navigating through the forums with "muscle building in bold at the top.

Haha… same reason I never check T-Nation in one of my university’s computer labs! Once I finally get to forums, it’s all gravy. It’s not just the abs, though, there’s usually some sort of monster with a look of agony on his face plastered on the front page… haha. I have gotten a few strange looks, but fuck it. Those same people just sit on MySpace or Facebook all day and wait for something to happen. That’s wierd to me.

I would be so embarrassed if I ever got caught looking at MySpace.

Seriously. I would blush.

Who gives a flying fuck of what people think. Some 5 years ago I used to get ‘the looks’. I look like I work out nowadays even under a pile of clothes.

Meeting people that I don’t even know asking if ‘I work out’ is a clear sign of that. I guess it’s socially acceptable to look at other bodybuilding pictures while in a public environment if ‘you look like you work out’, in laymen’s terms, if ‘you are bigger then the average joe, in a good way’ then generally it is deemed as ‘ok’ by others.

I used to get ‘the looks’ when I had just started working out, when I was a fat fuck. Thank god I’m a muscular fat fuck right now. Still have much more work to do tough, but at least I don’t get ‘the looks’ when reading a bodybuilding article. If I happen to notice any looks any time soon I’ll just say some sarcastic comment.

wow u guys, i go on at school all the time. and guess what who cares lol. not to be a dick but who really cares what sum kids in the library think?

It’s like the Gods of T-Nation have heard our prayers…

“Hey…John changed his status from “happy” to “amused” LOL! Look at him in that Hawaiian shirt I saw him wearing last week!”

I had no problem noticing the new articles.

Get some glasses, you crybabies, you.

SSC, don’t be such a hater.

There’s some serious research going on about people being afraid to be taken as homosexual actually gasp being closet homos.

Btw, I really envy you guys. I’d like to give the V-Diet a try, but HOT-ROX isn’t shipping to Germany.

I didn’t ctrl-w quick enough yesterday and now my nephew, the religious fundamentalist is going to tell his parents I was surfing porn. I tried to explain but it’s no use. :stuck_out_tongue:

But I think the black background on this site gives the porn-site impression also.

I mean, c’mon, the design of these Superprograms is awesome. Instead of bitching, I’m waiting anxiously for the next.
Im sure ill get shot for saying this and not to be a dick, but is it…really? its a nice layout and all but its just hyperlinks to videos of the exercises and a simple calorie calculator.

Very effective and useful for the purpose and if the V-Diet is your thing then great, but the web designer in me was looking forward to this “revolutionary first of its kind internet experience” but they may be referring to livespill when they talk about that.

Anyway. Their site they can do whatever they like at the end of the day

God forbid the company who provides us with training and nutrition articles from world class coaches tries to make a little money

god forbid you don’t use an excuse that’s been beaten to death.

it’s not like people were saying why are they advertising. Rather, that the advertising format detracted from other material.

Maybe they just need to shut down the forums so they don’t have to hear about it. People bitching about a website that markets itself as “muscle building elitists” and has a person with muscles on the front page.

What a novel fucking idea.

There’s more pissing and moaning on this site now than ever before.

If you don’t like something here then fuck off somewhere else.

It’s just that simple.

Aren’t you, in fact, pissing and moaning in this very post?
