A few guys from the Dog Pound, and myself, are trying to organize a massive T-Man live chat on Roger Wilco, centered around training and nutrition. To participate, you will need free software downloadable at www.download.com, it is called “Roger Wilco.” As well, you will need a microphone for your computer, these can be purchased for five dollars, and are useful for many other purposes. Having a live chat will alow the T-Mag community come together to share ideas on training, nutrition, supplementation, further forging the brotherhood in iron we all share. I would like feedback on possible dates for this event, and perhaps we can make it a regular occurance.
