Would anyone go for a weekly forum challenge along the lines of “most squats with bodyweight on bar”, “most dips”, “most times benchpress bodyweight” and other strength or endurance, bodyweight related, and non 1rep max, challenges. If anyone is up for it, next week I could go for “most times benchpress 70% of bodyweight” cause I heard 70 reps was exceptional. Any grip, chest to lockout, max one breath in between. I know some will be in programs that prevent this but I can sacrifice 1 bodypart per week in the hope of extra motivation, fun or maybe even shock treatment gains. Winner gets to pick next challenge and a weekend with the T Vixens (maybe not ;). Anyone.
