T-level Test Concerns

I am a 36 year old male and just had my T-levels checked for the first time. The only values I was given are: Total Test: 874.9 ng/dl which is good. The one that concerns me is the total free test: 9.6 pg/ml. Why would my total be high and my free be so low?
What should I do about this?

Thanks

Jon

What was the range for free test?

8.7-25 or so i beleive.

Definitely unusual to have that good of Total Test with that miserable of Free Test.

This indicates a high degree of SHBG eating up all your free test and making it unusual. This could be cause by liver clearance issues or other disease states. Did you get liver/kidney markers done in your bloodwork? Taking any medications? Recent illness?
