T-Dawg v2 for muscle gain?

I agree jason.

I reread my post and can see where it might become a bit fuzzy on the overall reality of it.

Basically I’m saying it’s possible to gain LBM on tdawg, but the gains are highly limited to the amount of fat you can lose and what your body will take.

You are of course right in that there is no way you can actually increase total mass, and in reality you will never “convert” all your fat to muscle, not at least in my world.

I also noticed in my case that most of my lbm gains happened later on when I wasnt quite as “strict” in the application of tdawg. Not sure how many refeeds it allows, but I was pushing the upper limit for sure, and then dropping back to tdawg prescribed levels for a few days, then refeed again.
Honestly thinking about it I would say the only reason I did it that way (or would suggest someone else to do that) would be if their goal was to “slide” off the diet into maintenance.

I also agree with Jason. That’s what I meant in my last post.

I guess my last post came out sounding a little defensive. I was just trying to explain my point.
