T-Dawg Experts Needed

I have some questions on the T-Dawg diet:
-Do you drop five hundred cals only after the first week?
-where can i find that food log(the link on the article does not work)
-will this workout work with the Tdawg
Run:3-4 miles M,W,F mornings 0530 or 0630
Lift: M,T,W,T,F at 1100-1215 (single body part per day)

You only drop calories when your progress comes to a halt, if you only have to drop calories once and lose all the fat you want, the more power to you. For a food log I’d go with fitday.com. For the workout I’d only run 2 times a week and either do an upper/lower split 4 days a week, or full body 3-4 days a week. For fat loss you want to burn lots of calories and work close to your VO2 max. A bodypart split, in most cases, will not burn as many total calories as full body workouts. You could also try fat to fire by Coach Davies or Meltdown training by Don Alessi, both available in the archives. Get all your meals in, I’ve never had a problem eating at night as long as my calories are in check.
