T-Dawg Diet

Hey Dudes,

 Just wondering if any of you guys could give me a suggested lifting routine based on a five-day split (legs,

chest and back, off day, arms, off day, repeat) as an alternative to the German Body Comp program. Normally, I would use this while dieting, but I find it near impossible to complete unless I use a diet closer to 40/30/30. My main concern is how much of a workload I can handle while using the T-Dawg diet without overtraining.
