Hey yall just wanting some advice on this diet, if it is the best for me to shed some unwanted pounds.
I want to start it as soon as but i have just started the west side training and am wondering if it is a good idea to do both.
I am very inexperienced when it comes to dieting but i have been working out for a few years.
My aim is to get around the 220 225 mark but with 12 - 15 % BF
Is that a healthy range?
Here are some numbers
20%+ BF (dam it all)
300 Bench (stuck here for a while)
Weights 3 or 4 days a week
Sprints and plyos 2 days a week
