so im stuck between meltdown or destroying fat, both seem great.
ive been doing t-dawg + meltdown for a week now, meltdown is great and really tough. but then i remember the Destroying Fat article, but i feel like the volume and intensity might be too much with the lower carbs of the t-dawg diet (i noticed cleans feel a hell of a lot heavier going low carb).
i know you guys recommend going with which ever plan you can stick, but i know i can stick both.
lastly destroying fat seems like an updated meltdown I, or am i missing something here?
