For someone who isn’t interested in bodybuilding (a soccer player) but who could afford to lose ~10 lbs would you’ll recommend T-Dawg Diet v. 1.0 or 2.0? I read that one of the changes made to v. 2.0 was to make it more suitable to bodybuilding. Thanks, Paul
If you’re an athlete, T-Dawg is NOT recommended since it can impair your performance.
i think that the increased carb recommendations of 2.0 would better suit someone who is playing a lot of soccer. that doesnt necessarily mean that either is the best choice for your needs.
What diet would you recommend? Thanks for the help.
work out your cal requirements at the mo, and switch to a Dont Diet type diet with a slightly reduced cal intake (probably from decreased protein requirements).
maybe look in to hotrox once you have your diet and training on track.
What is a typical week like in terms of training? give us some details
I’d considder myself an athlete and not a bodybuilder.
i’ve been doing the don’t diet diet approach by JB for 6 weeks now with bloody awesome results!
i’ve finaly found a diet that works!
give it a check see!!!
