I decided that I need to shed some blubber I gained over the holidays. I have been on CKD diets before, but my workouts always suffered. I was thinking about going on the T-Dawg diet. It makes much more sense to me than traditional CKD diets.
If those that tried the T-Dawg diet could please give me your experiences/results with it, I would appreciate it very much. Were you stronger in the gym? Did your muscles appear full or flat? Did you lose a decent amount of fat?
