I’m very anxious to start the t-dawg diet…my first real “cutting diet.” ive read the Diet Manifesto at least 20 times and have found it to be perhaps the best article t mag has ever written…but i have a question:
- how important is meal timing? in other words, do i need to sequence the meals as listed in the article. can i have my “mess o greens” meal a few hours before i workout…then follow my workout up with my post-workout drink…then go to be in a few hours??
