I’ve been following the diet as outlined by bodyopus, with added parts from t-dawg. In 8 weeks I’ve gone from 192lbs/16%bf to 184/10.5%bf. I consider that good progress, but it has slowed down markedly in the last few weeks. I’m trying to get to around 7-8%( to see the abs). Is it possible/safe to stay on the diet for long enough to get to my goal without seeing negative returns?
You should probably take a week off the diet (maint. cals, plenty of carbs) to get your thyroid churning again.
