T-Dawg Diet For Review

Here’s my plan for the T-Dawg Diet. Please feel free to review/critique/tailor to your own needs. I followed Chris Shugart’s article to the “T”, except for one area…the protein. When I plugged in the numbers, I used 195 as a bodyweight, then 200 below. It only changed the daily protein by 4 grams, and a few fat grams so it’s not a big deal.

-daily protein intake= 0.8 grams per lb bodyweight (200lbs) = 160g per day = 640 calories protein per day

-daily carb intake= approx 30g (not including postworkout shake, approx 40g) = 120 calories carbs per day (280 on workout day)

-daily fat intake= remaining daily calories will be made from fat

*CALORIE FORMULA* (BW)195X17= 3315 calories daily (maintainance)

3315-250= 3065 (week 1 target)

workout day 160g protein = 640 calories, 70g carbs = 280 calories, 238g fat = 2142 calories , TOTAL 3062 calories

non w/o day 160g protein = 640 calories, 30g carbs = 120 calories, 256g fat = 2304 calories, TOTAL 3064 calories

3315 -500= 2815 (target after week 1)

workout day 160g protein = 640 calories,
70g carbs = 280 calories,
210g fat = 1890 calories,
TOTAL 2810 calories

non w/o day 160g protein = 640 calories,
30g carbs = 120 calories,
228g fat = 2052 calories,
TOTAL 2812 calories
