T-dawg diet(Carbs)

Hey guys, still doing the t-dawg diet and I was wondering what would be ideal. Getting the 30 g carbs in one meal, split into 2 meals, or split up throughout the six meals a day? Anyone had any experiences trying these different variations. Any reasons why one option might be better than the others? Thanks guys
