Yes, it’s an excellent choice of diets. Choosing your carbs carefully (from green veggie sources) and restricting them to <100g per day puts you into a fat burning mode. Quite a number of people here on T-Mag have gotten good results with T-Dawg 2.0.
The only other thing you need to be sure you do is keep a food log and track your food intake. Do a search (to the left of your screen) for a how-to article on food logs). The article is called “The Missing Link” or the “The Missing Ingredient,” by Chris Shugart, I think.
