When on T Dawg you cut 250 cals every week for a couple of weeks. My question is where do you cut the cals pro fat carbs or a combo of them?
Most likely fats if you have your fomulas setup right. IN other words. It gives very specific ratios of carbs, and protein. As such the only variable would be Fat. I think you missed something in the formulas. Reread the articles and the fomulas specifically.
